Flourish was founded on a simple belief: accountancy should feel supportive, not overwhelming. As a Chartered Accountant who has worked with hundreds of businesses, I saw too many talented entrepreneurs held back by financial confusion and stress.
I noticed something else too. Women-led businesses, in particular, often struggled to find accountants who truly understood their world. The juggle of building a business while managing everything else. The desire for growth without sacrificing wellbeing. The need for financial advice that feels collaborative, not condescending.
